You can compare the editions that are available here on the Your Trust ID portal.

In order to purchase a subscription for Trust ID, you will first need to create an account, or log into an existing account. Here is a link directly to the login page for the Your TrustID Portal.

Visiting the login page, this is what you will see:

If you do not yet have an account, and need to create one, click on the No account? Create one! link just under the email box

Fill in your email address, set a password, and confirm the password. Please note the password requirements shown in the screenshot above.

Fill in the Company Name, your name, address details, and agree to the terms and conditions.

You will receive a notification above the form you just filled out informing you that a confirmation email was sent to your email address. Please check your email and click on the confirmation link that was sent to you.

NOTE: Sometimes this message will be marked as spam by your mail provider. If you do not receive this confirmation link after a couple of minutes, be sure to check your Junk folder.

After clicking on the link in the email, you will be brought back to the login page, and will receive a notification at the top of the page that tells you that the validation was successful.

Put your email address in the box, and click on next.

Fill in your password, then click on Sign In.

If you do not have a subscription yet, you will be brought to the compare screen. If you want to see more details about what is included in each of the editions, you can look at this comparison page. Click on the Buy link under the edition you would like to subscribe to.

On this screen you will see a more detailed overview of that edition. If you are sure this is the one you want, you can click on Purchase at the bottom. You can change the quantity of licenses you need by changing the Quantity to the right of the Purchase button.

Fill in the information on the pop up, then click on Payment Info

Fill in your card number, expiration date, and security code then click on Authorize. You will see the total amount it will charge your card on the Authorize button.

Our payment processor will attempt to charge your card, and you will get a notification at the top of the page. Please do not refresh or close the browser while the payment is processing.

After the payment has been processed, you will be brought up to an overview of your subscriptions. You can click on each of the subscriptions to show their details.

NOTE: With a subscription license, you will not receive an Activation Code. Instead, you need to sign into the TrustID software and activated the license listed by clicking on the Activate button under the license.
